One of the pictures we posted on our facebook page has EXPLODED! We can’t stop refreshing the feed and watching and staring and messaging each other and (at least on my side) giggling like a little girl! It is so exciting to see something you are so passionate about get passed around the internet like wildfire! As a thank you, I took a break staring at facebook and dancing around my house in giddiness to write this – THANK YOU! Thank you for supporting us in our new endeavor – this blog. And as a continuation of that thank you, I’m going to help you out with your breakfast tomorrow morning! A recipe for Coffee Chia Pudding! But make sure you use whole coffee beans and grind them yourself to make your coffee because I just read this from Food Renegade: http://www.foodrenegade.com/your-coffee-has-ground-up-bugs/ and, well… ew.
This is multitasking at it’s best! Coffee AND breakfast all in one easy (and scrumptious) mug!
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- a pinch – 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chia seeds if you would like more of a chia drink or 3 tbsp chia seeds if you would like more of a chia pudding texture.
- Mix and refrigerate over night!
- You now have a delicious breakfast
