Coffee, coffee, coffee! That’s right, we said coffee. You hear us talk and post a lot about coffee here. We love coffee, we also live in Portland… so, you know, coffee.
Since we do talk about bulletproof coffee regularly we decided it deserved a blog post. And better yet, a blog post with a video. That’s right, prepare to be amused… I mean amazed.
Back to the coffee. Bulletproof coffee takes three ingredients: a good coffee, grassfed butter, and coconut oil. Here’s a quick summary:
- Grassfed butter-not all butter is the same. Grassfed butter is better and it’s good for you. It’s got Omega-3s, Vitamins A, K, D, E (there’s an alphabet!), beta carotene, and anti-oxidants.
